Security
Your account information is stored securely in our database. It is password-protected, for your privacy and security, and cannot be accessed and/or altered by third parties. Your personal information is never shared with or distributed to third parties in any way by Binky Crafts or anyone associated with us. You are responsible for the maintenance and confidentiality of your password.

We do not store or retain records of any credit or debit card numbers used on our website. When you click ”Confirm Order” your order details are sent to our payment gateway partners, AcrossLimits (http://www.acrosslimits.com/), who are approved by the Bank of Valletta, where your card and transaction details are processed using the highest level of security using SSL encryption. The padlock symbol visible in your browser tells you that your details are secure.

Prices, VAT and Currencies
Prices on this website include Maltese VAT unless you are logged in from an address outside of Europe. The base currency used is Euro / €, however, for information purposes only you may also select to show prices in other currencies. Orders from outside of Europe that will be shipped to a non EU address will be exempt from Maltese VAT which in most cases is charged at 18% (5% on books and magazines etc). Ensure you are logged in to see the prices without Maltese VAT.

Payments
Payment is accepted via this website by cheque/money order or by any of the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Master Card, BOV Cashlink, APS Premier.

You may also select Cash on Delivery depending on your choice from the following delivery options:

COD for an address in Gozo: You must choose the Standard Delivery option (€2.00/Lm0.86). Your payment will then be taken by us upon delivery of your goods.

COD for an address in Malta: You must choose the Express Delivery option (€7.85/Lm3.37). Your payment will then be taken by Gozo Express Services Limited on our behalf upon delivery of your goods.

Orders
Binky Crafts will make every effort to ensure that the listed prices are correct and the items are in stock and available for delivery. In the unlikely event of an incorrect price, information or stock shortages due to error, we will contact you immediately. You will have the option to proceed with your order or if you would rather cancel. Binky Crafts shall have the right to refuse to accept any order or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and any card has been charged.

We are not liable for any loss, delay or additinal costs caused by incorrect or invalid information provided by the customer. We are not liable for carriers' delay or damage during transportation. For shipping to non Maltese addresses, please contact us before confirming your order so that we can supply a price for shipping to your country. Any goods which can not be delivered to the supplied shipping address may be returned to us and any associated costs shall borne by the customer.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that any item received is found to be faulty in any way please contact us immediately. Once the goods are returned to us we will arrange replacement or credit towards the customers' next purchase. We reserve the right to judge the validity of quality claims as well as the mode of compensation.

Returns and Refunds
In the event that an order needs to be returned for any reason whatsoever, the matter has to initially be brought to the attention of Binky Crafts for due guidance and an amicable solution.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta whose courts shall be courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction. We make no representation that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Customers who access this web site from locations outside Malta are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent that any local laws are applicable. Nothing in these terms shall in any way be deemed to restrict or affect your statutory rights under Maltese law.
